Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information.

We ship worldwide and aim to have your item with you as soon as possible. As each product is hand designed and embellished, and created on a demand only basis, time is needed in order to create a beautiful product for you to love and cherish for the years to come.

All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail tracked & signed for. Your tracking number will be available after the dispatch of your item.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 2-3 working days of you placing your order, however this will vary depending on the product and whether it is made to order or not.

Embellished garments will be shipped within 7 days of placing your order

Printed scarves are created on a made to order basis only, and therefore will be shipped within 14 days of placing your order

Bespoke items: e.g. custom requests - please allow up to 4 weeks for the making and dispatch of your item to allow for sourcing of special materials and the making of the item. 

UK

The cost for standard UK shipping is £2.50

UK standard shipping aims to deliver within 2-4 working days after you receive your dispatch notification.

The cost for first class UK shipping is £3.50

UK first class shipping aims to deliver within 1-2 working days after you receive your dispatch notification.

 

Outside the UK

The cost for standard shipping within Europe is £6

All EU orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, and aim to be delivered within 1 week of dispatch.

 

The cost for standard shipping for the rest of the world is £10

All international orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, and aim to be delivered within 10 days of dispatch.

Please note:

Customs and import charges may apply to countries out with the UK, these charges are subject to the discretion of each country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any fees that may apply and are unfortunately beyond the control of Leigh Elizabeth.

 

 

Additional Info

All products at Leigh Elizabeth are handmade with precision and care, and therefore take a lot of patience and time to create. Refunds will be issued only on faulty goods/ goods which are found not be of expected quality. In case you find that your handmade item doesn’t suit you, doesn't fit, or if you change your mind, please contact hello@leighelizabethstudio.com to arrange an exchange for something new.

As commissioned products are specific to you and cannot be resold online, these products will be treated as non-refundable except for faulty goods.  Exchanges in this case are also void.

In the case where you believe your purchase to be faulty or not of expected quality, you will be liable to pay return postage fees. If it is deemed to be the fault of Leigh Elizabeth a full refund for both the delivery and the item will be issued.

Sale and sample products cannot be refunded unless faulty.
